General Rules:
1. Rules are Subject to change at anytime.
2. It is your responsibility to understand and be familiar with all the given rules.
3. Failure to abide by the rules will result in penalties and/or disqualifications.
4. You must respect the staff and administrators of this site. Failure to do so will result in your removal from the site and any future involvements with the site. Abusing them in any way, e.g. voice messages or written messages, is a violation.
5. Registered Members are allowed to have 1 account per console. This means you can have 1 PSN and 1 Gamertag that you can use to participate in the tournaments.
6. Gamertags/PSNs can be denied entry depending on its wording and spelling.
7. We want to keep a positive atmosphere within the community so please follow the rules and present yourselves in a respectable manner.
Signing Up
1. Everyone is entitled to 1 Gamertag and 1 PSN account per Tournament.
2. Click on the "Sign Up" Tab to sign up for the current tournament.
3. Make sure to fill out all the information. A valid e-mail is required to participate.
4. All participants must have an active online account.
5. You are required to enter a password when signing up. You will need the password when reporting results. This lets us know that it is you who is reporting the match and not someone else.
Character Selection
1. Characters can be switched at any time when given the option to.
Matches and Rounds
1. A round is one game between two opponents.
2. A match is a series of rounds. Each match is in a best out of 5 format.
3. Participants should meet in a non-ranked lobby to conduct their matches.
Scheduling Matches
1. Contact your opponent as soon as you receive one. Check the brackets often as they are updated at any time.
2. Set up a date and time in which you both agree within the allotted time given for that Round. Refer to the Round dates.
3. Complete your match before the deadline and report as soon as possible. Make sure to fill out all the slots in the "Report" form. You will need your password that you signed up with in order to report the results.
Reporting Results
1. Each player must report the match results. Nothing will be counted unless it is reported.
2. Report scores by clicking on the "Report" Tab and filling out the necessary information.
3. If you want to report the match as a dispute, make sure to check off the box that says "Dispute this match." Make sure to leave a comment explaining the situation and everything that you would deem important for us to know.
Inactivity
1. Players must confirm with us 3 days before the start of the tournament that they are still willing to participate.
2. Participants that remain inactive and do not show up to their matches will be Disqualified, and will be suspended from future tournaments.
3. Players must notify us when they are having any issues as soon as possible. E.g. Cannot show up to matches.
Disputes and Proof
1. Using outside sources to alter the gameplay is not allowed. I.E. Modding, Glitching, Altering Connection, Using Turbo Controllers.
2. Any form of cheating is a ban-able offense. We make the final decision on what is considered cheating or not.
3. Disputes must be cleared before advancing to the next round. Visual proof is recommended.
4. Video Footage and Pictures are acceptable forms of proof. Make sure to be clear on who was playing who, and to capture the names of you and your opponent.

Penalties
1. The lowest form of punishment for those who break the rules are Penalties.
2. If a player is late or does not show up, they will forfeit their match.
