Not sure if this has been done on this forum before but let's do this!
Do note that this is not a poll yet but a preliminary poll. Basically, post what characters you think should be in the top 100 poll here. Keep your posts to 10 characters and under. If you go over, I won't count your votes. I'll keep the prelims open for about two weeks and then tally everything up and put up the official poll for everyone to vote on.
So tell me, who should be included in the Top 100 Anime Characters Poll?
