Even though the Temperature was over 100 degrees I still was able to have fun at OZZFEST this year. Be sure to check out OZZFEST.com. I'm not going to write much in this post because I just wrote a really long post and I pressed something on my keyboard and it all deleted.
I stayed there for 12 hours.
Only about 20 black guys that didn't work there. Maybe 100 mexicans and thousands of white people. People of all ages were there.
They sold stuff from T-Shirts to vibrators.
Food was overpriced. $5 for a bottle of water.
My T-Shirt was $35(one of the cheap ones). They had a Disturbed jersey for $90.
I left after Disturbed, most people left after Disturbed. - They were second to last. We weren't going to stay because that would mean going into a huge 1000+ mosh just to get out and traffic would be bad.
They were the best - I know most people came to see Ozzy, but I came for Disturbed. When they played huge mosh pits started up and shoes - toliet paper - beer - water - blood - lighters - chunks of grass - anything people could find were being thrown at everybody, but especially the rich people who could pay $50 extra dollars and get seats where you could sit and the guards that were kicking everybody out.
Most people were sneaking into the good seats anyway, but I was with my sister, brother and 2 fat chicks that we were with all day and they could'nt jump the barracade. It was better without the seats anyway.
Be sure to check ozzfest.com for tour dates and find out when they are coming to a town near you.
It is Ozzfest - fest. So they had fun games to play too - such as kick the guy in the head with a soccer ball to win a shirt or you win a shirt if you let the guy kick you in the balls as hard as he can. Most games - if you were a chick - you could play free if you played topless.
NOTE: This is not a show for little kids.
All in all it was a great show. Be sure to check ozzfest.com for tour dates and find out when they are coming to a town near you.
