Basics
1. Rules are subject to change at any time.
2. It is your responsibility to understand and be familiar with all the given rules.
3. Failure to abide by the rules will result in penalties and/or disqualifications.
4. You must respect the staff and administrators of this site. Failure to do so will result in your removal from the site and any future involvements with the site. Abusing them in any way, e.g. voice messages or written messages, is a violation.
5. Registered Members are allowed to have 1 account per console. This means you can have 1 PSN and 1 Gamertag that you can use to participate in the tournaments.
6. Team Names and Profiles are subject to removal or change depending on how we see fit. You are not allowed to bypass any censored words.
7. We want to keep a positive atmosphere within the community so please follow the rules and present yourselves in a respectable manner.
Signing Up Your Team
1. The Team leader is responsible to sign up a team.
2. Post on the Team Tournament thread that you are joining with the format.
3. The format for signing up a team is as follows:

Rosters
1. Each team must consist of at least 3 members. The maximum amount of members a team can have is 5.
2. You can only make team changes during the Round of 16.
3. Each team must have a Team Leader. You must state who the leader is when you register your team.
Team Leader responsibilities:
- Must sign up his/her team.
- Must confirm his team when needed.
- Must contact the other team to set up matches.
- Must choose which 3 out of 5 members will participate in each match.
- Must choose replacements if needed when allowed.
- Must report and confirm the results of each match.
- Must clear any disputes.
4. Each member must have an active online account. Xbox 360 participants must have an active gold account in order to participate.
5. You can only be a member of one team per console.
6. Gamertags/PSNs can be denied entry depending on its wording and spelling.
7. Gamertags/PSNs can be found in each team's profile. This is located on the second post of the tournament thread.
Team Seeds
1. Each team will acquire a seed from playing in tournaments.
2. Seeds represent how well a team has done throughout all of the tournaments.
3. Seeds determines the team's placing on the brackets.
4. The outcome of a team's performance during tournaments is what decides a team's seed.
5. Teams must be consistent in placings in order to improve, or keep their seed.
6. In the brackets the Higher Seeded team will be Red, the Lower Seeded team will be Blue.
Character Selection
1. Characters and support characters can only be changed after every set.
2. No duplicate characters are allowed on the same team. This also includes different versions of characters. E.g. Sasuke (Kirin) and Sasuke (Taka).
3. Avoid mirror match-ups. I.E. No Naruto vs Naruto.
4. Character limits apply to this tournament. Each team is limited to one character under the limit list per match.
Limited Characters:
- Deidara
- Sasori
- Chiyo
For example, if someone on your team uses Deidara, the other members cannot use Sasori or Chiyo for that match. This does not apply to support characters.
5. When selecting characters:
- For the 1st set, the lower seeded(Blue) team will choose the player and character first.
- The higher seeded(Red) team will then choose their first player to fight against the opposing team's first player.
- From this point on, the winner will always state their character first. The winner will continue to fight his opponents until he loses, or all of the opponents have been defeated.
- If he loses, the new winner will take his place and is required to pick his/her character first. This will continue until one team has defeated all of the opposing team's members.
Stage Selection
1. Uchiha Hideout is Banned.
Matches, Sets, Rounds
1. A round is one game between two opponents.
2. A set is a collection of rounds. Every set is in a best out of 5 rounds format.
3. A match is a collection of sets. The number of sets varies on the outcome of each match.
Reporting Results
1. The team leader must report the results of your team. Nothing will be counted unless it is reported.
2. Report scores by posting on the Team Tournament thread that you have singed up for.
3. Reporting Format is TBA.
Inactivity
1. Teams must confirm with us 3 days before the start of the tournament that they are still willing to participate.
2. Teams that remain inactive and do not show up to their matches will be Disqualified, and will be suspended from future tournaments.
3. Teams must notify us when they are having any issues as soon as possible. E.g. Cannot show up to matches.
Disputes and Proof
1. Using outside sources to alter the gameplay is not allowed. I.E. Modding, Glitching, Altering Connection, Using Turbo Controllers.
2. Any form of cheating is a ban-able offense. We make the final decision on what is considered cheating or not.
3. Disputes must be cleared before advancing to the next round. Visual proof is recommended.
4. Video Footage and Pictures are acceptable forms of proof. Make sure to be clear on who was playing who, and to capture the names of you and your opponent.

Penalties
1. The lowest form of punishment for those who break the rules are Penalties.
2. If a player changes characters within the set, he forfeits that round. The next round, if any, is playable.
3. If a team breaks the character limit rule, they forfeit that match. The next match(es), if any, are playable.
4. If a player is late or does not show up, they will forfeit 3 rounds.
5. If a team does not show up within the round dates, that team is disqualified.
